Unless it is the Shroud of Turin, then the location of the Image of Edessa since the 13th century is unknown.

Some historians speculate that the shroud may have been found in Constantinople by the Knights Templar during the 12th or 13th century and subsequentially taken to France. This could have been a major part of the famed 'Templar treasure' that treasure hunters still seek today.
